Booking and prices
Review the tour, travel date, guest count, total, and tour notes before placing a reservation. Each tour page shows its price and what is included or excluded. Charges paid directly to third parties, such as park entrance fees, are stated in the applicable tour notes. A reservation remains pending until our team verifies payment and confirms it.
Cancellation by the customer
- At least 7 days before the tour starts: 50% refund of the tour amount paid.
- At least 72 hours but less than 7 days before the tour starts: 50% refund of the tour amount paid.
Times are measured in Thailand time (Asia/Bangkok). A tour-specific condition or deposit clearly shown on the tour page before payment applies to that item.
Rescheduling your trip
You may request to reschedule your trip once by notifying us at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability and any price difference. If we must cancel the tour because of unsafe weather or because we cannot provide the agreed service, you may choose a new travel date without a change fee under these terms.
How to cancel and receive a refund
Send your Booking ID, booking name, and travel date to info@cheowlanprebirthtour.com or call +66 93-740-8911. We will confirm the refundable amount and refund method. We use the original payment method where possible; otherwise we will arrange a secure alternative with the payer. We process an approved refund within 14 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit the funds.
