Cheow Lan Prebirth Tour provides tour booking and customer support around Cheow Lan Lake, Surat Thani. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website, contact us, or book a tour.

Information we collect

We collect the name, phone number, email, address or pickup location, contact channel, travel date, guest count, messages, and special requests you provide. We also keep booking IDs, amounts, payment status, and transfer slips you upload. Technical information needed for the site, including form sessions and server security logs, may also be processed.

How we use it

We use information to manage reservations, calculate and verify payments, confirm or change tours, answer questions, handle complaints and refunds, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information in the remarks field.

Sharing

We share necessary information with tour staff and service providers involved in a trip, website hosting providers, Telegram, which delivers contact messages, booking details, and slip images to staff, and the payment provider for your chosen payment method. We may disclose information to authorities when required by law. Some providers may process data outside Thailand.

Retention periods

For records stored on our website, the prepared deletion schedule covers booking and payment records within 5 years after the trip, enquiries recorded in our system that do not lead to a booking within 1 year after closure, and website technical logs within 90 days. Records may be kept longer when needed for a dispute or legal obligation. The server deletion process is not yet running in production.

Copies of contact messages, booking details, and slip images sent to Telegram remain in staff conversations until manually deleted. These copies are not automatically deleted on the above schedule. To request a review or deletion of a Telegram copy, please contact us using the details below.

Cookies and payment

We use essential sessions to run the booking forms and spam protection. Full card numbers entered through a payment provider are not stored in our booking system.

You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or objection to use of your data, subject to applicable law.
